This time around, the music mogul born Sean Combs — also known as Puff Daddy, P. Diddy and Puffy — has offered up proof that the name change is for real.
On Monday (May 3), he shared a photo of his Florida driver's licence on Instagram, which clearly shows that his name is now Sean Love Combs.
"Look what I just got in the mail today," the caption reads. "IT'S OFFICIAL!!! WELCOME TO THE LOVE ERA."

In 2017, Combs announced on social media that he was changing his name to "Brother Love," only to walk back the claim as a joke.
