City and Colour's Dallas Green has shared that despite being fully vaccinated, COVID-19 has "caught up to" him and members of his touring crew.

News comes via the artist's Instagram, where Green begins a lengthy statement with the apt sentiment, "Well fuck me..."

"I tested positive for COVID," the singer-songwriter wrote. "In spite of being fully vaccinated, taking precautions and being as safe as we could while touring, the virus caught up to the City and Colour family. The affected crew members and I are all resting and isolating. We're all doing OK."

Green went on to note that his upcoming tour dates, namely Toronto's five-night run at Massey Hall and two shows at Montreal's MTelus, have been rescheduled to February as a result. Shows in Winnipeg, Milwaukee, WI, and Saint Paul, MN, were cancelled earlier this week.

"Being back out on the road singing for all of you has been so beautiful and rewarding," Green continued. "I hope everyone understands and we'll see you in the new year."

See the announcement below, where Green has also provided details on the rescheduled tour dates.
