Chicago rapper CupcakKe has shared a new single titled "Lemon Pepper" with half of the proceeds from the track going toward the Minnesota Freedom Fund, an organization that helps raise funds to pay bail for people awaiting trial.

In true CupcakKe fashion, the artist makes reference to a number of contemporary cultural topics in the song, including the coronavirus pandemic with the line, "Let a dick hop, call Mona / Legs boutta spread like Corona," as well as the Tekashi 6ix9ine trial with the line "Sixty-nine while I'm handcuffed, we call that Snitch-Nine."

The artist last released new music back in March, with her track "Lawd Jesus." Her most recent full-length album was 2018's Eden.
