Apollo Ghosts spinoff Cool released their debut album Paint with a show this past weekend at Red Gate in Vancouver, and now they've shared a live clip from that gig.
The video depicts the set-opening "Blue," which begins with three minutes of hypnotic guitar looping from frontman Adrian Teacher, who is wearing a suit jacket and hat with a ponytail. The rhythm section eventually eventually enters for the funky cut, which includes backup singers and gives Teacher an opportunity to dance and theatrically act out some of the lyrics.
