In the latest episode of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies series, we feature Pittsburgh, PA hardcore quartet Code Orange Kids.
During a recent stop at Toronto's Hard Luck Bar while on tour with Gaza and Full of Hell, Exclaim! TV caught up with Code Orange Kids guitarist/vocalist Reba Meyers. She talked about the band's recently released debut full-length, Love Is Love // Return to Dust, how it compares to their previous material and what it was like to record with Converge's Kurt Ballou at his GodCity studio. Meyers also discussed how she feels about people focussing on the band members' young age and the fact that she's a female in a band, as well as how their age impacts the type of music they write.
Code Orange Kids' Love Is Love // Return to Dust is out now via Deathwish Inc., which follows their 2012 split with Full of Hell and 2011 EP Cycles.
