Dallas Green's City and Colour has announced plans to release a Low covers EP in support of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and Black Youth! Pathway 2 Industry tomorrow (June 19) via Still/Dine Alone.

In honour of Juneteenth, the artist will release the two-track record through Bandcamp at a minimum price of $4 CAD, during the platform's inaugural 24-hour fundraiser for the NAACP. A limited-edition 7-inch physical release will also be available to pre-order through Green's webstore, with those proceeds going to BYP2I.

A longtime fan of Low, Green has covered the band's "Murderer" and "Sunflower" for the project.

"Low has always been one of my favourite bands. I've wanted to record these songs for as long as I can remember so...I disappeared into the basement and got to work recording 2 of my favourites," Green wrote in a Twitter post earlier today.

The EP will see digital release on all platforms on June 26.
