The relationship between Ciara and Future is getting even more contentious, with the R&B singer now suing her former fiancee for libel and slander over allegedly criticizing her mothering of their child to the public.
TMZ reports that the suit has Ciara pointing to several interviews and tweets from Future that call into question her mothering skills.
In one particular incident, Future did a radio interview where he discussed a photo circulating of their son, also named Future, being pushed in his stroller by Ciara's current partner, Seattle Seahawk quarterback Russell Wilson. Future suggested the photo was a setup for the cameras, saying: "You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts."
Earlier this year, Future sent out some more inflammatory tweets about his partner, seemingly discussing parenting duties, child support, custody and more. The tirade started with the line "This bitch got control problems," in a since deleted tweet.
Future has not yet responded to the claims.
Future and Ciara had got engaged in the fall of 2013, but called it off in June 2014, a month after the birth of their son, Future Zahir Wilburn.
