Calgary Folk Music Festival Gets Spoon, Courtney Barnett, Allison Russell, Cadence Weapon and More for 2022 Edition

Kevin Morby, Black Pumas, Matt Andersen, Molly Sarlé, Basia Bulat, Tim Baker and more will head to Prince Island Park in July

Calgary Folk Music Festival is back in action in 2022, and the 43rd edition of the event has just announced this year's full lineup of over 70 artists.

Taking place from July 21 to 24 at Prince's Island Park, the Alberta festival will see performances from the likes of Courtney Barnett, Spoon, Cadence Weapon, Kevin Morby, the Barr Brothers, Allison Russel, Tim Baker and All Hands, the Wood Brothers, Basia Bulat, the Besnard Lakes and many more.

UPDATE (7/20, 10:48 a.m. ET): Black Pumas have had to cancel their performance at Calgary Folk. They write: "We are devastated to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances we are no longer able to perform at the Calgary Folk Music Festival. We hope to be able to return soon and we apologize to all our fans for the inconvenience." DJ Shub and War Club Live will step into the mainstage closing spot.
