Broken Bells Unveil North American Tour, Play Toronto and Montreal

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Nov 18, 2013

James Mercer and Danger Mouse's Broken Bells have announced that they will be supporting their forthcoming After the Disco with a quick batch of North American tour dates, including a couple of Canadian stops.

The newly revealed concert info confirms that the act will hit the road over a month after their sophomore set drops into stores January 14 through Columbia Records. Following shows in Minneapolis and Chicago, they'll make early March appearances at Toronto's Danforth Music Hall and Montreal's Metropolis, but then dip back into the U.S. to conclude the trip.

Opening up each night will be electro-spiked dream pop trio Au Revoir Simone, who will be supporting their recently delivered Move in Spectrums LP.

Tracklisting info has yet to arrive for Broken Bells' After the Disco, but you can stream its falsetto-sung, theremin-conjuring space jam "Holding on for Life" beneath the tour dates.
