Would you like some deep house with your meal? Toronto DJs/producers Noah Frank and Marc de Breyene turn their Friday and Saturday nights at the Brasserie Aix restaurant into a compilation of easy-listening deep house. Frank and Breyene are responsible for the majority of the CD's eight tracks, which are seamless and sweet: a light blend of diet house designed to make your meal go down a little smoother. While there is the occasional thump to the groove, Brasserie Aix more or less comes across as muzak for the new millennia.
