The crowd got slightly nostalgic for Big Wig, remembering a time in our youth when they meant something. Now a three-piece, Big Wig seems too jaded and tired to be playing songs about girls. Mediocre enthusiasm on stage left the audience feeling dull and uninterested. While there is no denying that the band has a knack for writing short and punchy punk tunes, Big Wig is no trendsetter and barely makes an impression on new ears. It seems that Big Wig has driven this pop-punk train as far as it can go.
