Beyoncé's fiercely loyal fanbase is called the Beyhive, but that's not the only buzzworthy buddies she surrounds herself with. The global megastar has revealed she has some actual literal beehives of her own, too.
The artist appeared on the cover of British Vogue, and inside its pages she revealed that she is an avid beekeeper, owning approximately 80,000 bees from which she harvests their sweet, sweet honey.
Here's the quote:
I know it's random, but I have two beehives. Real ones. I've had them at my house for a while now. I have around 80,000 bees, and we make hundreds of jars of honey a year. I started the beehives because my daughters, Blue and Rumi, both have terrible allergies, and honey has countless healing properties.
Interviewer Edward Enninful then astutely observed that Mrs. Knowles-Carter is indeed "Queen B."
