A day before she's scheduled to make a guest appearance during Coldplay's Super Bowl halftime show, Beyoncé has stolen the spotlight by dropping a brand new track."Formation" opens with Bey declaring: "Bitch, I'm back." She proves it with quotable line after quotable line about her haute couture choices, regional pride and, well, hot sauce, before pronouncing herself a "black Bill Gates in the making."
Despite opening with a powerful shot of Bey atop a cop car in a drowned-out New Orleans, in true Queen Bey form, the clip also delivers a number of expertly choreographed dance numbers.
The video premiered on Tidal, and you can check it out below. Beyoncé will join Coldplay for their Super Bowl performance tomorrow (February 7).
