Bartees Strange has announced his signing to legendary indie label 4AD, and alongside the announcement has shared a video for new single "Heavy Heart."
Directed by Mannequin Pussy's Missy Debice, the video is a lush production with a bunch of moving parts. The song itself is a big, torrential rocker with waves of horn and rap-like verses. Strange also shouts out a certain Canadian city on the track, repeating "we should go to Toronto more often."
Last year, Strange released the one-off single "Weights." His debut full-length Live Forever came out in 2020. Check out the video for "Heavy Heart" below.
