B.A.R.F.

Quebec's perennial underdogs of the hardcore/metal scene, Blasting All Rotten Fuckers, packed it in 1999 after five albums; this live DVD (with companion CD also available) captures a reunion show in 2004. A surprisingly large audience goes crazy for the band, even if the music sounds even more forgettable now than ever. But B.A.R.F. always had heart and for some reason remain in some good books (like mine), even if no one owns any of their albums anymore (I know I don't). The concert drags on too long and the addition of interviews in French, with no subtitles, doesn't help. A couple cool music vids round this off but it's for diehards only. (Tir Groupe/Fusion III)
