To the delight of many, 2000s hardcore trailblazers American Nightmare (aka Give Up the Ghost) reunited in 2011, playing a few shows — their first in eight years — in the U.S. Luckily for Canadian fans, they have now finally revealed a reunion gig in the Great White North.
Via Instagram, the group's Wes Eisold (who now leads Cold Cave) shared the image above last night (March 22), giving us a pair of dates and two cities in the caption. While the announcement is undoubtedly cryptic, it confirms American Nightmare will play Chicago on June 6 and Toronto on June 8.
There's no word on venues yet or if more dates will be announced, but for now, this should be enough to get more than a few American Nightmare devotees pumped.
