Remember last summer when we thought Canada was getting excluded from the 25th anniversary celebrations of Jagged Little Pill? Turns out Alanis Morissette was just saving the best for last, and her home country is back on the map this summer.
The legendary singer-songwriter has plotted some new North American dates this summer, including seven performances north of the border. She'll kick off the newly announced run in Ottawa on July 10, taking to the RBC Bluesfest stage for the festival's return this summer. From there, she'll head to Montreal, London, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver through the rest of the month.
Garbage will offer support on all Canadian dates excluding festival appearances, and further support is due to be announced in June.
Tickets for the tour go on sale this Friday (March 11) at 10 a.m. local time, while various presales begin as early as tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. Head to Morissette's website for further details. See the schedule below.
