Happy spooky season!

Mike Flanagan's Haunting Netflix anthology series is set to return with its second instalment in just a matter of weeks, and now we have the full official trailer ahead of its October 9 premiere.

The expanded trailer for The Haunting of Bly Manor is even spookier than the teaser we got last month, featuring ghouls of all shapes and sizes, a spooky doll house, and, inexplicably, a creepy orchestral rework of Mötley Crüe's "Home Sweet Home."

Set in England in the '80s, the next chapter following 2018's The Haunting of Hill House will follow a similar formula, reimagining Henry James's 1898 ghost story The Turn of the Screw in place of the Shirley Jackson horror novel played out in Season 1.

The series will see returning Hill House cast members Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Kate Siegel, as well as T'Nia Miller, Rahul Kohli, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Amelie Smith and Amelia Eve.

Here's an official synopsis of The Haunting of Bly Manor:

A young governess is hired by a man to look after his niece and nephew at their family country house after they fall into his care. Soon after arriving at the Bly estate, she begins to experience strange occurrences and a grim history starts to unravel.
