The 'Goon' Sequel Has a Release Date

As previously reported, Jay Baruchel's beloved hockey movie Goon is lacing up for a sequel. Now, the film finally has a release date.

The film, which sees Baruchel move over to the director's chair, is called Goon: The Last of the Enforcers. It will see all of the original film's cast members reprise their roles.

The cast has also been expanded with the addition of Wyatt Russell and Elisha Cuthbert.

According to a press release, Goon: The Last of the Enforcers will arrive in theatres across Canada on March 17, 2017.
