Seth Rogen's 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Reboot Has a Release Date

Sadly, that's not a real still from the film

In 2021, Seth Rogen has managed to reach media saturation levels previously only seen by the likes of Dave Grohl and Bill Murray. But that's because the Vancouver-born comedian, author and weed entrepreneur won't stop grinding (and we're not just talking about his weed). Up next, Rogen has announced some details for his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot.

Unfortunately, the above artwork does not belong to the movie but is our own creation. Instead, the TMNT reboot will be a CGI animated film from Nickelodeon, Paramount and Rogen's own Point Grey Pictures.

The film is being produced by Rogen alongside his partner Evan Goldberg, but he's taken a super hands-on approach. After all, he shared some doodles related to the film in a tweet, available below.

The tweet also reveals that the movie has been dated for August 11, 2023. Movie theatres have got to be back to normal by then, right?
