The FBI is searching for a suspect involved in the January 6 Capitol riot, and unfortunately for Rick Moranis, he bears an uncanny resemblance to the wanted man.
The Bureau has asked for public support in identifying the man, and tweeted out a photo of the unnamed individual — who is seen wearing a helmet and glasses, not unlike Moranis' Spaceballs character, Dark Helmet.
One user responded: "I don't mean to be disrespectful, but doesn't he look like a young Rick Moranis?! On another note, thank you FBI for your hard work and diligence on finding the people responsible for the Jan 6 Capitol attack."
Twitter ran with it, of course, and started cracking jokes about the actor's comedic roles in relation to the insurrection.

Now I am legitimately concerned that Rick Moranis was at the Capitol.
