Rachel McAdams Is Coming Back for 'Doctor Strange 2'

As the pieces slowly but surely come together for Doctor Strange 2, we now know that Rachel McAdams is returning for the sequel.

The news comes via Deadline, which reports McAdams will join Benedict Cumberbatch in Marvel's upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

As previously reported, Sam Raimi is helming the upcoming film, replacing outgoing director director Scott Derrickson.

According to Deadline, Benedict Wong and Chiwetel Ejiofor also are expected to reprise their roles from the original film. Elizabeth Olsen is also coming back, while Xochitl Gomez is joining Doctor Strange 2 as well.

So far, it's unclear when we will actually get the new Doctor Strange film, so like with so many things, you're going to have to stay tuned.
