With the Dexter revival well on its way, Showtime has been dropping hints about Michael C. Hall's return with a few new teaser clips. Today, we're getting another one of those snapshots, and this one paints a clearer picture of what the killer has been up to all these years.
The latest teaser shows that Hall's character has taken on a new identity — he's now going by the name Jim Lindsay. "Jim" is seen walking around a quaint town and saying hello to all the locals, while a jaunty tune plays in the background. Hall turns to a storefront and eyes a set of knives, and his killer instinct appears to reemerge.

According to Showtime, the revival is set 10 years after the original Dexter finale.
"I'm excited to step back into it," Hall previously said about the show's return. "I've never had that experience of playing a character this many years on."
The series is also set to star Clancy Brown, Julia Jones, Michael Cyril Creighton, Alano Miller, Johnny Sequoyah, Jack Alcott, Jamie Chung and Oscar Wahlberg. Original showrunner Clyde Phillips is back, and previously stated that the series' return will "not be Dexter Season 9."
The revival will take the form of a 10-episode limited series, and is slated to return sometime this year.
