Following the massive success of Minari, Steven Yeun's career is looking brighter than ever, and it may soon find him starring in the next movie by Jordan Peele.
Today news emerged via Deadline that Yeun is currently in talks to join the Get Out director's anticipated new project for Universal. While nothing has been confirmed yet, the publication reports that negotiations are well underway for Yeun to star alongside Keke Palmer, who has already been confirmed for the as-yet-undetailed new project.
Like is often the case with Peele movies, the specifics are very much being kept under wraps for now. But Universal is set to release the film on July 22, 2022, even though we have no idea who Palmer — or perhaps Yeun — could be playing or what the plot could involve.
As previously reported, Yeun is set to reunite with Minari producers A24 for a new TV series alongside Ali Wong. So far, though, details of that project are also slim at best.
