'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Will Likely End After Season 12

Pretty pretty pretty bad news

More than two decades on since its premiere, Curb Your Enthusiasm might finally be coming to an end.

Writer and producer Jon Hayman raised eyebrows with a since-deleted tweet that implied the show will end with its forthcoming 12th season: "Maybe you love the show. Maybe you hate the show. Maybe you don't give a shit. In any event, shooting the last scene of the last episode of the final season."

Meanwhile, director and producer Robert B. Weide lamented about his last day on set with his own tweet, which is still live, implying that Curb is done for now at least: "1st day: March, 1998. Last day(?): March 27, 2023. These 25 years have flown by. Thank you, #LarryDavid. What a trip. #CurbYourEnthusiasm. #DirectedByRobertBWeide," it reads.

This doesn't come as a complete surprise, as Larry David filmed a false end to Season 11 where his Curbsona was killed off — just in case.

There has been no official comment from HBO on whether or not Season 12 will be Curb's last. A release date for the season has yet to be announced.
