​'Captain America' Actor Mollie Fitzgerald Charged with Murder of Her Mother

Mollie Fitzgerald, an actor who played the role of Stark Girl in Captain America: The First Avenger, has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of her mother.
 
On December 20, police responded to an armed disturbance at her mom Patricia Fitzgerald's house in Olathe, KS. Patricia was found with a stab wound and pronounced dead at the scene.
 
An original police statement claimed that a "38-year-old, white female, known to the victim" was found on the scene and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
 
On Tuesday (December 31), following investigation, Mollie was arrested in connection to the murder of her mother.
 

She is charged with second-degree murder and is currently being held on $500,000 USD bond. A legal representative for the actor has yet to release a comment.
 
Mollie's most recent onscreen credit was a role in 2018's Trouble Is My Business.
