Police in Blackpool, UK, are looking for a guy who looks an awful lot like Ross from '90s sitcom Friends.
The police department took to social media for help finding the man, who is wanted for questioning about a recent restaurant robbery.
Police shared a photo of the man holding a case of beer, and asked the public: "Do you recognise this man?"
Unfortunately for the case (but fortunately for the internet), the post was met with an onslaught of Friends-related responses and people pointing out the man's striking resemblance to actor David Schwimmer.
Blackpool Police have since investigated the matter and assured commenters that Schwimmer is not the guy they're looking for.
"Thank you to everyone for your speedy responses," they posted in the comments. "We have investigated this matter thoroughly and have confirmed that David Schwimmer was in America on this date. We're so sorry it has to be this way."
Schwimmer himself even responded and declared his innocence, going as far as recreating the crime, though in New York.

Still, many of the replies are worth a read. See some of the best ones below.Officers, I swear it wasn't me.

As you can see, I was in New York.
To the hardworking Blackpool Police, good luck with the investigation.#itwasntme pic.twitter.com/EDFF9dZoYR
