"Weird Al" Finally Responded to Paul Rudd's "Weird Al" Halloween Costume from Last Year

Published Oct 31, 2019
Paul Rudd hilariously dressed up as "Weird Al" Yankovic for Halloween last year, and the costume is being brought back into the spotlight thanks to a tweet from writer/filmmaker Garret Gilchrist that went viral with more than 360,000 likes. To refresh your memory, Rudd went as the comedic musician for Halloween 2018, despite the fact that his daughter dressed up and went out trick-or-treating as the Wasp — the co-star of Ant-Man, who Rudd played in multiple Marvel blockbusters, including Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Imagine. She's got her Avengers candy bag. She's dressed up as The Wasp for Halloween, escorted by her father, Paul Rudd, who played Ant-Man, in the actual blockbuster film, Ant-Man and the Wasp.

The tweet also got the attention of "Weird Al" himself, who then shared an edited photo of his head on Ant-Man's body.
Might have to re-think my Halloween costume for this year. https://t.co/l0NSxVNCaf pic.twitter.com/3CKq7iN0Zi

The photo was met with more hilarity, and one user even suggested that Yankovic's daughter should dress up as Rudd in order to complete the cycle.
No, @alyankovic 's daughter needs to dress as Paul Ruud to make the clapback complete
