After being arrested earlier this year on charges of sexual battery, comedian Andy Dick is now in jail on a different charge — felony burglary.
TMZ reports that the Santa Barbara Police Department say Dick was caught stealing power tools out of a home under construction on October 13. The homeowner told police that they did not know Dick and he did not have permission to enter the home.
Dick was charged with first-degree residential burglary and carted off to Santa Barbara County Jail, where he remains a week later awaiting payment on a $50,000 USD bond.
