Manuel Gagneux-helmed avant-metallers Zeal and Ardor have announced a North American tour for this autumn, which will bring them (and both zeal and ardor, presumably) to a handful of Canadian cities.
The tour starts in Brooklyn on September 11 ahead of landing the band at Montreal's Le Studio TD on September 15 and Toronto's Opera House on September 16. Zeal and Ardor will then head out West, playing Dickens in Calgary on September 23, Edmonton's Starlite Room on September 24 and Vancouver's Rickshaw Theatre on September 26.
They'll be joined by New York experimentalists Imperial Triumphant and the goth atmospherics of one-woman Norwegian project Sylvaine on all dates except the final set at Sacramento's Aftershock Festival on October 8.
Tickets go on sale Thursday (June 30) at 10 a.m. local time via the band's website.
