Wavves' Nathan Williams has been collaboration crazy of late. He's already released a collaborative album with Cloud Nothings, and also teased a new album from his rap production crew Sweet Valley and rapper Antwon. As if that weren't enough, it looks like some sort of new Best Coast collaboration is in the works.
Taking to Twitter, the artist promised "big things coming soon" via his Ghost Ramp label. One of them was an image for a new Wavves/Cloud Nothings single featuring the track "I Find" and the demo of "No Life for Me," and the other looks to be some sort of Wavves/Best Coast record.
Naturally, it's impossible to determine what the image means. It could be a collaborative single or a full-fledged album, or it might be a tour announcement. That said, the album cover shape and the Ghost Ramp connection has us thinking it's definitely some sort of new music.
Williams promised more information on Friday (November 13), so we'll have to keep guessing until then.
