Perhaps to tease a North American tour that might be happening next year, PJ Harvey paid a visit to the NPR office to play a Tiny Desk Concert.
The musician played four songs off of this year's I Inside the Old Year Dying before concluding with "White Chalk." Harvey herself alternated between playing an acoustic guitar and focusing solely on her vocals — besides whipping out a harmonica for her final track — while her backing band provided soft drums, keys and violins.
It's the perfect soundtrack if it's also eerily dark and rainy where you are today — a graceful Harvey is a salve for the gloom. Watch it below.
