Last night, Charly Bliss and Peach Fuzz released their inhibitions, felt the rain on their skin and covered Natasha Bedingfield.
At a joint concert in Brooklyn, the New York indie-pop outfits came together to close out the show in perhaps the most appropriate way — by performing "Unwritten."
The groups were far from staring at a blank page before them, though, as, unsurprisingly, the entire audience knew just about every word to the 2004 chart-topping hit and turned the club into an impromptu karaoke bar.
According to Stereogum, Charly Bliss played several unreleased tracks at the show, which could mean they have an album on the way. If so, it would mark their first since 2019.
The Samia-led Peach Fuzz played largely from last summer's debut EP Can Mary Dood the Moon? for their first live show ever.
