In the midst of playing their first shows in over five years, TV on the Radio have also taken time to perform an NPR Tiny Desk Concert.

The four-song set has been a long time coming for TVOTR. NPR revealed upon their Tiny Desk's launch that the group were a name high up the wish list early on in the series.

You can watch the band perform "Wolf Like Me," "Satellite" and "Young Liars," along with a rework of "Could You" from their most recent album, 2014's Seeds, featuring Yusuke Yamamoto on vibraphone.

"I don't know what happened 15 years ago," frontman Tunde Adebimpe shared of the moment. "I think someone missed a phone call or an email 'cause we wanted to do it!"

The group's Kyp Malone added, "We've been sitting around talking amongst ourselves saying, 'I don't know why they don't want us.'"

TV on the Radio delivered a deluxe edition of their debut album Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes earlier this month to mark its 20th anniversary.

Last month, Adebimpe shared solo song "Magnetic" ahead of making his full-length debut in 2025.
