Solesides Greatest Bumps is absolutely top-notch, from the lyrical perfection of Blackalicious and Latyrx to the absolute pure genius that is DJ Shadow. Some of the standout tracks are Shadow's rare joints, "Hardcore Hip-Hop" and "Entropy" (tracks that pre-date Entroducing), and the impromptu free-styling sessions from radio shows and three-bedroom houses - simply untouchable. The majority of these tracks are previously unreleased or extremely rare to track down, so fans of the Quannum MCs will not be disappointed in the least. And for the people out there just looking for a taste of what these artists can offer, you will surely be engulfed and transformed for life.
