As previously reported, German-born electronic auteur Ulrich Schnauss isn't serving up A Long Way to Fall, his first solo set since 2007's Goodbye, until early next year. The dude is, however, letting us in on the goods a little early via the foggy new clip for the title track.
As you can kind of see in the video, the bulk of the visuals are covered in a blanket of low-hanging clouds. Even though it's hazy, you can tell that the palm tree-lined road leading up to the rippling waterway is quite gorgeous, much like the softcore synth patches woven together for the tune.
A Long Way to Fall drops in North America February 12 on Domino, but through Schnauss's Scripted Realities imprint in the rest of the world January 18.
