Born and raised in Miami but relocating to Paris for a career in fashion, Uffie may just be the brightest new star to drop in 2006. Ditching her vocation after meeting French DJ Feadz at a party she organised, the 18-year-old joined forces with Feadz and his cohort Mr. Oizo for this past spring’s breakout hit "Pop the Glock.” This follow-up finds the spry MC digging deep into her Southern roots for a stronger hip-hop flava and an attitude that makes Peaches’ latest effort sound puny by comparison.
