Meg Remy impressed with last year's Half Free LP under her U.S. Girls moniker, and she's just announced plans to take it back on the road in 2016.
Following stints in Australia, Asia and Europe, Remy will return to home turf with a string of North American shows starting in May. Canadian stops include a show in Montreal on May 5, a slot at Guelph's Kazoo Festival on May 7 and a Vancouver show on May 22.
In addition to the new shows, U.S. Girls has also unveiled a brand new visual clip for Half Free cut "Navy & Cream." Swirling and psychedelic, the video was made with artist and animator Emily Pelstring, who blends hand-made drawings with heavily processed footage of Remy.
