Scarborough, ON rapper Tre Mission has released a new video for the Jamie XX-produced track "Hilroy."
The beat sounds like signature Jamie XX, while the rhymes come courtesy of the up-and-coming Canadian MC, making for a winning combination.
CORRECTION: As you may notice, that backing track is in fact Jamie XX's "Far Nearer."
The video itself is a bit of a late-night blur, though Tre still manages to thoroughly rep his home and native land. From shots of Toronto's famous Honest Ed's, to the choice of beer cans left lying around and a deer head mounted on the wall, it's all very Canadian (in a good way).
Tre Mission opened for Raekwon and Ghostface Killah at NXNE this past weekend, so it's safe to expect some big things in the future from this guy. For now, check out the video for "Hilroy" below.
