He claims injuries sustained led to Blink-182's tour cancellation

Blink-182 recently cancelled a large string of tour dates after drummer Travis Barker was unable to heal from blood clots in his arms. Now, Barker is getting litigious.

According to TMZ, Barker has filed two lawsuits — one involving injuries he sustained when a school bus collided with his SUV in July. In that lawsuit, he's suing the bus driver and the bus company over the incident.

Barker is also suing the Medical Imaging Center in Santa Monica. He claims that the hospital was unable to locate a vein and stuck him several times. He also alleged that the hospital used dirty needles.

According to Barker, this incident led him to get a staph infection and vein damage.

Blink-182 cancelled all of their recent tour dates, including a headlining slot at Riot Fest. The band is scheduled to return to their dormant Las Vegas residency this fall, though that will depend on whether or not Barker can heal in time.
