Tortoise Announce International Tour

BY Josiah HughesPublished Jun 25, 2008

Aging post-rockers Tortoise haven’t done much with their band since the release of 2006’s box set A Lazarus Taxon, as members have been busy with side projects like the percussion-based Bumps.

That’s all about to change with their recently announced summer tour dates. The tour begins in their hometown of Chicago, but jumps across the globe through some summer festivals in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, before ending in New York at All Tomorrow’s Parties. No word on whether Frightened Rabbit can tour faster.
