Toronto's favourite DIY winter music and arts festival, Long Winter, has unveiled its February 2023 lineup, returning for in-person festivities in its third instalment this season.

Taking place on February 4 from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. ET at the Tranzac, the latest edition of the pay-what-you-can event ($20 suggested donation) will see performances from By Divine Right, No Frills, Heaven for Real, J3M, Ace of Wands, Waxlimbs, Exclaim! Class of 2023 grads not a band, Jazz Dads, Jenn Nucum and Loathing.

Additionally, Ronald Siu, Alize Zorlutuna, Desire Betty and Carmina Miana — plus more to be announced — will cut through the cold with their visual arts.

You can get your tickets in advance here to skip the line, or get them at the door on the day of the event.

Festival organizers note in a listing that masks will be required at the event, "in the spirit of community care, and to help protect our team, artists, and audiences." If you do not have your own, a KN95 will be provided at the door, where rapid tests will also be available.

Now in its 11th season, Long Winter's January and December editions saw performances from Charlotte Cornfield, Mother Tongues, Lee Paradise, SICAYDA and many more. Next month's edition will take place on March 11.
