In anticipation of his upcoming follow-up to 2009's Direct Deposit LP, Scarborough, ON's Tona has unveiled a new clip for his single "Break Off." Featuring the production talents of Rich Kidd and additional vocals from Richie Hennessey, the new track discusses the need to break from a monotonous routine in order to save your sanity.
Directed by Tona and Anthony Payne, the clip is created using stop motion, with the effect adding a certain sense of authenticity that complements Tona's focus on real life experiences. Check it out for yourself below.
"Break Off" will be featured on Tona's upcoming Silverspring Crescent, expected this fall via Da District Entertainment.
