Tomb Mold have returned with a new EP. The Toronto death metal outfit's Aperture of Body can be heard in its entirety below.

Arriving today via the group's Bandcamp, the three-track Aperture of Body marks Tomb Mold's first release since acclaimed full-length Planetary Clairvoyance, which landed among Exclaim!'s 10 Best Metal and Hardcore Albums of 2019 and the 50 Best Canadian Albums of the 2010s.

While a physical cassette tape edition of the release has already sold out, Aperture of Body is available digitally for name-your-price download. Droning synth opener "Final Assembly of Light" brings to mind the last rays of a setting sun, before the darkness takes hold in rhythmic twists and turns of the crushing title track. Things certainly don't let up on closer "Prestige of Rebirth," its winding riffs eventually giving way to a lithe, atmospheric outro.
