Tom Petty was recently awarded royalties and songwriting credit for UK crooner Sam Smith's hit tune "Stay with Me" based on similarities to Petty's own "Won't Back Down."
Now, the fine folks at Funny or Die have weighed in on the situation with a new video. It features Ryan Stranger as Petty, screaming threats to "steal 12 percent of your soul" at an innocent passerby who happens to have a similar sounding car.
