Hip-hop super producer Timbaland has kept busy working on other people's tracks (and as a an executive music producer on Empire), but he'll finally release another project under his own name with a brand new mixtape.
The release is called King Stays King, and you can consider it a perfect Christmas gift from Timbo and friends as it's slated to arrive on Christmas Day.
The mixtape will features appearances from Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, Mila J and Blaze. It'll also include a previously unreleased song from Aaliyah.
"It's been a while since I've been able to give the world some new music," Timbaland said. "I've spent a lot of time working on this project and I am just looking forward to giving my fans some dope sounds to close out the year."
King Stays King lands on December 25 via My Mixtapez.
