As previously reported, Rancid frontman Tim Armstrong has taken a break from prepping new Rancid and Transplants material to ready a solo album as Tim Timebomb and Friends. Now, we get another taste of the release with a cover of Wayne Carson Thompson's "The Letter."
The low-key iteration of the track is entirely stripped down as Tim strums away at an acoustic guitar. It's still undeniably him, however, as the song is driven by his unmistakably raspy voice.
