Montreal-based ambient/drone hero Tim Hecker will see his classic debut full-length, Haunt Me (aka Haunt Me, Haunt Me Do It Again), reissued on double clear vinyl via Alien8 Recordings. But you may want to act fast, as this reissue is limited to a measly 750 copies.
Haunt Me, originally released in 2001, will get its vinyl reissue, complete with full colour gatefold sleeve, on September 24. The album is a nine-composition record that includes 20 tracks to form one extended piece of ambience and noise. If you've never heard the record, you can sample the entire thing here.
Pre-orders of the vinyl reissue version of Haunt Me are available here. Alien8 also has a brand new CD digipack version available at that same location. Both formats come with a free downloadable version of the album.
Hecker's last full-length was 2009's An Imaginary Country.
