Scribbling Idiot member Theory Hazit debuts with Extra Credit as both MC and producer, and proves that you can be soft and sharp at the same time. Theory opens with "Lesson in Power, a gospel song so ghetto its practically satire. After setting the scene, he continues with a flow reminiscent of Masta Ace on conceptual highlights like "Dumb Dunces, "Hello Kideez and "I.O.U., where he and Braille man up and apologise to the lives theyve tainted. The stickiest is "I Just Wanna Come Home, which has lyrics as contagious as its soulful hook. He raps nostalgically about himself (and Biggie): "I grew up a freaking screw up/Got introduced to gin and juice and drank until a threw up. Anyone who can use the word "freaking and sound dope is pure talent.
