The Weeknd narrowly escaped disaster at a Mexico City concert this weekend when an unsecured object came crashing down just steps away from the singer.
As TMZ points out, Abel Tesfaye posted a clip of the near miss on Sunday (October 21) night, showing what appears to be quite the big and heavy piece of unidentified stage gear falling right beside him onstage. That said, if Tesfaye noticed, he didn't lose his composure in the slightest and carried on as if nothing had happened.

As of press time, no cause for the mishap has been announced, but the weather at the concert was less than ideal, with the concert reportedly plagued by high winds and rain.
